"Back-to-Breakfast"  Delicious, nutritious, homemade granola follows a recipe that blends a variety of  ingredients using an old-world technique from Paris, France.  Participants receive a copy of the recipe as well as their own sample batch!  While granola cooks, discuss basic guidelines for preventing obesity and diabetes, and improve the nutritional quality of your foods.

Old-Fashioned Goodness Like Grandma Made"  Recover your culinary roots and learn techniques to prepare beans:  grow, soak, sprout, slow-cook, and even hide them in brownies!  Beans are the only food in the universe that are high in both protein and fiber, and that makes them delicious, nutritious, and satisfying.

Sweet and Sassy Salsa"  "Eat close to the garden."  "Don't buy foods with more than four ingredients."  "Choose foods that have been through as few machines as possible."  These are all different ways of saying the same thing:  eat real food.  Prepare a tasty salsa and chutney with real food straight from the garden!
